What would be killer features on a company-private social network?

We are currently beta testing RadioCorridor.com, an online community, restricted to people working in the same company. We currently have messaging and forums added to the site. Also people can enter their contact details.

We are now looking at our next feature to enable on the site. This is where we would like input from you. We have following options:
• A company private ‘Twitter’ box, (www.twitter.com)
• An anonymous message system like ’SocialMoth’ (similar to the new Facebook addin http://www.bestfacebookapplications.com/2007/06/19/socialmoth-facebook-application/ ),
• Employee blogs, only visible within company walls.
• Company wiki pages.
• Alternatively, we just go live with what we have now.

What would be your advice? Any other ideas?

Thanks for the feedback
Reddy

Hope your “company” isnt a production line type company, or you wont be getting anything done!
