In My Plan, I Only Can Get And Recieve 200 Txts A Month (All Together) So I Need To Know The Standard Rates, Because I Already Txt A Lot, So I Can’t Recieve Txts From Twitter, But I Want To Send The ‘What Are You Doing’ Through My Phone, So Any Help Would Be Nice.

My Basic Question Is This: Does Twitter Send Text Messages? If So, Do They Waste Texts If You Don’t Have Unlimited?
